Do you miss that smile on my face? Do you miss that shine in my eyes? Now that we can’t relate and it’s my soul that dies.

Do you miss when tomorrow was all we had? When we drove around just to get away. Glad to be alive and at night we would pray.

Do you miss talking all night long? Waiting for an answer to all this pain. Maybe we were wrong, but we didn’t complain.

Weeks of silence and all those fights. How will I know if we’re going to be alright?
